Working with Earthmover Tyres, heavy plant, lifting equipment and operational sites requires careful planning, competent personnel and consistently high working standards. We are committed to protecting our employees, customers, contractors and everyone who may be affected by the work we carry out.Our work is supported by risk assessments, method statements and lifting plans, with controls established for the individual task and working environment. Our procedures cover areas such as lifting operations, vehicle movements, safe access and egress, exclusion zones, PPE and site-specific requirements.Our lifting procedures require loads to remain controlled within designated site and exclusion-zone boundaries, with ground conditions assessed and the appropriate permissions obtained before work begins.At Earthmover Tyre Solutions, health and safety is fundamental to the way we operate.
Tyre & Wheel Safety
Our commitment to safety continues throughout the tyre maintenance process. Our services include regular tyre inspections, pressure management, condition monitoring and the identification and reporting of defects that could affect the safe operation of equipment.
Wheel and tyre assemblies are installed in accordance with relevant specifications and torque requirements, with procedures covering torque values, wheel security, re-torque requirements and the reporting of defects affecting wheels, rims, studs, nuts or hubs.Our Commitment
