At Earth Mover Tyre Solutions, we are committed to responsible and sustainable tyre recycling. Our sidewall cutter machine plays an important role in this process by efficiently removing the sidewalls from large off-the-road (OTR), earthmover, mining, and industrial tyres before they are further processed.

Using a sidewall cutter improves the efficiency of our recycling operations by making tyre components easier to handle and process. Once the sidewalls have been removed, the tread sections can be shredded more effectively, prepared for crumb rubber production, and processed to simplify the separation of steel wire from the rubber. This allows valuable materials to be recovered and reused in new products.
